Viewing: You can view items on the Friday before the sale and make a note of the lot numbers you are interested in.

Registering: When you arrive on the day of the sale, register as a buyer and receive a bidding number.

Bidding: Make your bids and secure successful bids with your bidding number.

Commission Bidding: If you fill in a commission sheet, we will bid for you up to a specified amount.

Purchasing: When you have finished buying everything you are interested in, go to the office and obtain an invoice for all your purchases.

Paying: You can pay by cash, cheque with guarantee card, debit card or credit card. A receipted invoice will be provided.

Collection: Take your receipt to staff to collect your goods straight away or you can collect them on the Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after the sale, or we can deliver for a small fee.
